On Friday July 21st, the fire department was dispatched to an MVA with entrapment on Old Hook road near Hooper street. Rescue 1 arrived, stabilized the vehicle and then were able to remove the driver and their pet dog through the windshield. Both the driver and dog were okay but were taken to the hospital to be evaluated. Good job by all.
